Jodee Glass is Knowledge Center’s Director of Customer Experience, ensuring KC customer’s continue to receive the quality of service and support they need when seconds matter.
Jodee has supported Knowledge Center customers since April of 2017. Jodee brings over 15 years of Project and Program Management experience in the SaaS software product arena, specifically supporting 9-1-1 operations and Incident Management. Jodee has managed numerous large scale projects and has successfully led the implementation of NextGen 9-1-1 at the regional, state, and nation-wide level. Jodee’s career has been driven by Customer Service, and she has played a critical role in the development of operational and customer support models, committed to cultivating trusting customer relationships.
