    Shawn is a versatile client advocate with 20+ years’ experience in bringing nascent technology solutions to Higher Education, Government, and Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) customers.

    Her unique and wide-ranging skill set has enabled her to successfully contribute in a variety of roles, including proposal management, product management, project management, program management and customer account management.

    Excellence in customer service is an integral part of the Knowledge Center culture, and Shawn is the liaison between our customers and the Knowledge Center technical and support teams.

    As Senior Director of Customer Management, Shawn leads a team of Implementation Project Managers and Customer Program Managers to provide excellence in the delivery of Knowledge Center products and services, striving to exceed customer expectations and to deliver an exceptional experience.

    Shawn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Denver.
