Mike has over 35 years of systems engineering and software development experience leading large and small organizations delivering high quality solutions, meeting business objectives and establishing continuously improving process oriented teams.
He previously led the specification and software development of a nationwide Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) system. Mike has been an active participant in industry organizations defining NG9-1-1 standards and deployment models, including NENA, ATIS, FCC NRIC/CSRIC and FCC TFOPA. Mike holds several patents related to emergency call processing.
In his role at Knowledge Center, Mike serves on the executive team and will be responsible for all Technical Operations, including Engineering, Quality Assurance and the future architecture and vision for our software.
Mike earned a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Computer Science from Northern Arizona University. Mike has also completed the Chicago Management Institute Program at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
