Jim has 20 years of experience in sales, operations and product development, including 10 years in the healthcare industry where he championed customer-driven enhancements to software products.
He also has worked in business development and product management, driving the development of new products for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies.
At the Director of Product Management, Jim is responsible for product lifecycle management, partner strategy, and the ongoing vision for innovation products that differentiate Knowledge Center from the market. Jim’s acumen, industry background and keen understanding of customers’ needs has allowed Knowledge Center to develop product specifications in advance of industry requirements and that satisfy customer demands.
Jim earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Vincent College.
