In the last 20 years, Dami’s career has spanned from a 9-1-1 dispatcher to a senior executive. Under her leadership, industry best practices have been deployed and adopted for Wireless, VoIP, Cable, Telematics and Wireline 9-1-1 solutions.
Her business strategy encompasses thought leadership, innovative products, highly available systems, and a strong track record of execution.
She is passionate about doing things right the first time and approaches positive customer management as a partnership.
As the CEO and President of Knowledge Center, her focus is to continue the development and deployment of innovative and reliable incident management software, and to offer an unparalleled customer experience.
Dami earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, and a MBA from the University of Denver.
